Our specialist staff for customer’s leasing arrangements available at all the working hours in the showroom.
We provide the facility of 0% markup on retail price up to 12 installments.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have set certain standards for our Customer Service. There is complaint handling staff available at all working hours in the showroom at our hotline 111 721 721 who handles the customer,s complaints and then enter into the complaint system. The computerized complaints system forwards the complaints to the respected companies and then our staffs follow up with the company in order to accomplish the task for the customers.

We have very good after sale service arrangements on minimal prices, like fitting of Split Units, Home Theaters, Plasma/LCD TV’s, Hi-Fi Systems.
Since we deal with corporate client’s we have a big conference room in our showroom in addition to the business room. This was designed while keeping in view of the growth of the business in future.
